NestIQ ("the app") is a mortgage intelligence application developed by Uber Kiwi LLC, currently in private beta. This policy describes how NestIQ handles information.
All scenario data, borrower information, and lender profile data you enter into NestIQ is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. NestIQ does not transmit this data to external servers, Uber Kiwi LLC, or any third party.
NestIQ uses Sign in with Apple for user authentication. When you sign in, Apple may share your name and a unique identifier with the app. Apple's privacy practices apply to that flow. NestIQ does not receive your email address or Apple ID.
NestIQ's narrative text generation feature ("Narrate") uses Apple's on-device FoundationModels framework (available on iOS 18.2 and later). All AI processing happens locally on your device. Your borrower data is not transmitted to any external AI service, OpenAI, Anthropic, or third party.
If you choose to add a profile photo to your lender profile, NestIQ accesses your photo library with your permission. The selected image is stored locally on your device.
If you enable Face ID to open the app, authentication happens entirely on-device using Apple's Face ID system. NestIQ does not receive or store biometric data.
During private beta, NestIQ does not use third-party analytics, crash reporting services, or advertising identifiers.
This policy will be expanded before public App Store release to reflect any additional practices introduced.
